Through these processes, the company provides a higher level of coating with high resistivity and stability in a wide wavelength range from DUV to IR. SOC Polishing Technologies
Considering laser resistivity and low loss as well as optical performance required by users, SOC optimizes polishing processes for various substrate materials to provide a wide range of high-quality optics from DUV to IR wavelength range. The company performs fine polishing to give a leser-grade finish to the surface of a substrate. This plane substrate can be used as a substrate for window or mirror. In particular, a synthetic quartz substrate whose surface roughness is limited to 0.4nm rms or less is best-suited to a substrate for low loss optics for DUV laser.
