Diode pumped Nd:YVO4 laser that generates ultraviolet laser light using nonlinear optical crystal inside the laser cavity. Fundamental wavelength at 1064nm of Nd:YVO4 is converted to its third harmonic at 355nm with nonlinear crystals inside the laser cavity. It is designed making emphasis on stability and reliability, to say nothing of compactness, to be installed into various kinds of equipment.
