543nm HeNe Lasers

Our green HeNe laser has a wavelength of 543.5nm and a laser power of 1mW. Laser gain is low at this wavelength compared with major transition line at 632.8nm. SOC realized the green HeNe laser by using super low-loss mirrors made by ourselves, optimizing a condition of enclosing gasses, and others. Completely glass-sealed internal mirror laser tubes, that is a key part of the laser, ensures high reliability. Compact laser power is easy to use as it allows us to generate laser radiation by supplying AC power.
